Two Windows PE build a iso-image, which can be recorded on a mini-cd disc. As the loader is used grub.
At the boot menu there are:
January. Windows PE Mini - not packed Windows PE system.

To run the utility from Erd Commander for XP to the menu click on "choose a system to recover", then select the folder C: \ windows, and only after that run "system restore" or "Computer Management" ...
To run the program Autoruns to right-click the shortcut and select "Run with Remote Registry".
